Apple Sued Over Siri’s Shortcomings - collinscapon1936

A Brooklyn man recently launched a form-action lawsuit against Apple over Siri, the democratic personal digital assistant connected the iPhone 4S, claiming the feature can't translate directions, locate nearby stores, and often produces erroneous answers.

This poor performance has lead Frank M. Fazio to allege that Apple's advertising campaign for Siri showing masses using Siri to help oneself them learn to fun euphony, find local restaurants and schedule appointments is misleading.
